Nugen manufactures trimans cnc [synchro] hydraulic press brakes in the range of 80 t to 800 t and working lengths of 2,000 mm to 6,000 mm manufactured as per imtma standards. Cnc synchro press brakes are provided with front mounted two cylinders hydraulically operated. The cnc press brakes, as standard, are offered with imported cnc controller for synchronisation of ram parallelism within an accuracy of ±0.01 mm with respect to the table along with motorised back gauge with ballscrews for better repetitive accuracy. The cnc controller enables the programming of bending angles up to 0.1 degree, with automatic calculation of bending depth and bending force according to the thickness and type of the material. This ensures full protection against concentrated load on toolings. The advanced hydraulic system of international repute is specially designed for synchronization. Pressure controls are provided with close loop controlled valves. A relief valve is also provided to safeguard the machine and the system from overload. The cnc press brakes are also offered with higher versions of controller along with cad/cam software as optional. These machines are versatile for air bending, bottoming and off centre bending and tandem operations.
